How to read this page
We would rather show you fewer numbers you can trust
Marketing case studies have a credibility problem, and it is self inflicted. Percentages with no baseline. Revenue figures with no time frame. Anonymous clients whose industry conveniently matches whoever is reading.
So here is the standard we hold this page to. Every client is named. Every number came from that client and is published with their approval. Every figure carries its source and its time frame, including the ones that make the story less dramatic.
You will also notice these stories say what happened without claiming what any of it guarantees. No ethical marketing agency can promise specific revenue or rankings. What we can do is show our work and let you judge it.

The problem
In its first year, the business completed roughly 25 inspections. A single operator, a single truck, and demand that arrived when it felt like it.
The outcome
By year two the business was approaching 300 inspections. The fleet has since grown to nine trucks. In the owner’s words: “Alfonso and ROI Vault are the reason I am a millionaire.”

Inc. 500 / Inc. 5000 lists
Scope of the marketing process
The problem
A marketing process that had to keep pace with more than 30 events a year, each one with its own audience, timeline, and revenue target.
The outcome
The marketing process was rebuilt around that cadence. Records were set and broken year after year, with growth that put SWARM on the Inc. 500 list for three consecutive years.

Questions
Fair Questions About These Results
No, and any agency claiming otherwise is selling something. These are among our strongest outcomes. Results depend on your market, your budget, your margins, and how fast your business can absorb new work.
Every figure on this page is reported by the client and published with their approval. We label each one with its source and time frame rather than presenting rounded numbers with no context.
Because these clients gave us their results, not a scope document. Rather than reconstruct a plausible engagement, we publish what we can stand behind. Ask us on a call and we will walk you through the actual work.
No ethical marketing agency can promise specific revenue or rankings, and we will not start. What we can commit to is flat pricing, no contract, and reporting honest enough that you can judge the work yourself each month.
Likely. Our published work spans property inspection, legal, hospitality, catering, pest control, and events, and our client list runs wider than that. Ask on a call and we will point you at the closest comparable.
It varies by story and each is labelled above. The Miami-Dade rebuild took 30 days. The inspection and events results compounded across years. Paid channels move fastest, organic and brand work take longest.
In some cases yes. References are arranged case by case, with the client’s permission, and usually once a conversation is serious. We will not hand out client contact details on request.
