Instagram Ads for Businesses People Choose With Their Eyes

Restaurants, med spas, salons, venues, and anything bought partly on how it looks.

How we operate

  • No % of ad spend. Ever.

  • No contracts. Cancel anytime.

  • Guaranteed geo & market exclusivity.

What this is

Nobody searches for a restaurant they have never heard of

Some businesses are chosen before anybody types anything. Someone sees a plate of food, a treatment result, or a room set up for an event, and decides they want it. The search that follows is for your name, not your category.

Instagram is where that decision gets made, and it is why the platform is worth real budget for visual categories and close to nothing for invisible ones. The ad has to create desire, not prove competence.

That makes this a creative service more than a media-buying one. The targeting matters, but on a platform where every surrounding post is polished, the work that gets seen is what decides the result.

What we run

Surfaces, Categories, and the Creative Engine

Three surfaces doing different jobs, and a production cadence that keeps all of them fed.

The surfaces, and what each does

Instagram is several different products sharing an app, and they reward different work.

Reels

Where discovery happens now. Short vertical video shown to people who do not follow you, which makes it the main reach engine on the platform.

Stories

Full screen, briefly seen, and unusually good for time-limited offers. Also the placement where a swipe up to book feels natural rather than intrusive.

Feed and Explore

Where a considered decision gets made after discovery. Still the best surface for a beautiful single image doing one clear job.

Who it sells for

The categories where how something looks is part of what is being bought.

Restaurants and bars

Food and rooms photograph well, and Instagram is where people decide where to go. Discovery here converts into bookings faster than in almost any other category.

Med spas, salons, aesthetics

Visible results, an audience that follows the category for pleasure, and a purchase driven by seeing an outcome on someone recognisable.

Venues, events, retail

Anything chosen partly on atmosphere. Event rentals, wedding venues, and boutiques are sold by showing the finished thing, not describing it.

The creative engine

Instagram punishes advertising that looks like advertising. Production cadence is the service.

Vertical and native

Shot for the format rather than cropped into it. A landscape ad with letterboxing reads as an intruder within a fraction of a second.

Volume over polish

Creative fatigues fastest here. A steady flow of new angles beats one expensive film, and a phone-shot clip regularly outperforms a studio production.

Faces and voices

People outperform product shots. Staff, customers, and the person who owns the place carry more weight than any graphic treatment.

Instagram vs Facebook

Same Platform, Different Customer

Both run from one Meta budget. Which one carries your spend depends on what you sell.

Why Instagram Ads Stop Working

Instagram campaigns rarely fail at launch. They fail about six weeks in, and the reasons are consistent enough to plan around before you start.

The creative wore out and nothing replaced it

This is the main one. A local audience is finite, so the same people see the same ad repeatedly, and performance decays on a schedule you can almost predict. The campaign did not break. The ad simply got old.

Anyone selling Instagram management without a plan for producing new material every few weeks is selling you a decline curve. The media buying is the easy half.

It looked like an advert

The feed is a stream of content people chose. Anything that arrives looking like it came from a brand guidelines document gets scrolled past before it registers. Landscape footage with bars top and bottom, stock imagery, and logo-first openings all signal interruption.

The counterintuitive part is that lower production values often perform better. A clip shot on a phone in your own kitchen reads as real, and real is what earns the extra second.

It was beautiful and asked for nothing

The opposite failure. Gorgeous imagery, no offer, no reason to act now, no obvious next step. Desire without a path to acting on it produces saves and follows, which do not pay staff.

Success was measured in the wrong currency

Reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth are diagnostics. They tell you the creative is landing, not that anyone booked. A campaign can excel on all four and produce nothing.

We tie reporting to bookings, reservations, and enquiries. Where the conversion happens off-platform, through a phone call or a walk-in, we set up ways to see it rather than quietly reporting engagement instead.

The category was wrong from the start

The honest one. If your service is invisible, urgent, and functional, a blocked drain or a failed air conditioner, Instagram is the wrong room. Nobody is browsing for that, and no amount of creative changes it.

We will tell you when that describes your business and point the budget at search or Facebook instead. It is a shorter conversation than a quarter spent proving it.

Why us

What Makes This Different

  • We make the creative

On this platform creative is the campaign. Producing it in house means the ad and the targeting are designed together rather than handed between vendors.

  • Built for refresh

We plan for a steady flow of new angles rather than one hero asset, because fatigue here is measured in weeks.

  • Tied to bookings

Reach and saves are diagnostics. We measure reservations, appointments, and enquiries, and say plainly when a campaign is only buying attention.

  • Flat fee

No percentage of ad spend, so scaling a campaign that works costs media and nothing more in management.

  • You own the footage

Everything we shoot is yours to reuse on your own account, your website, and anywhere else. It keeps working after the campaign ends.

  • One client per market

We will not build the aesthetic case for two competing venues or clinics in the same city.
