Don’t worry. It’s on the house.

What could be wrong with your site?

Our audit isn’t just a quick scan or generic report — it’s a full-spectrum analysis of your website’s strategy, design, performance, and conversion flow. Each step focuses on a different layer of your digital presence, uncovering hidden issues and revealing opportunities to drive more traffic, engagement, and leads. From goal-setting and UX review to technical SEO, CRO, and performance testing — we leave nothing unchecked.

STEP 1: Clearly define your goals and KPIs.

It is crucial to establish clear expectations and objectives, in order to guide the audit process and ensure that all efforts are focused towards achieving the desired outcome.

Goals and KPIs serve as a measure of success identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions that can improve the overall performance of the website.

Without clear goals and KPIs, it can be difficult to determine the effectiveness of the audit and implement meaningful changes to the website.

STEP 2: Examine the Visuals, UI and UX.

Visual aspects of a website, are not only the design, look and feel. Including the UI and UX, is crucial for improving user engagement, experience, brand image, and accessibility. A visually appealing website with a user-friendly interface helps keep visitors engaged, improves the user experience, and reinforces the brand image.

What is the main goal of your site?
How easy can a browser reach and properly execute that goal?

Analyzing the visual elements of a website helps identify any issues and make improvements to enhance the website’s overall performance.

STEP 3: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Basics.

What could be wrong
with my website? Identify issue and pain points.

Is there a good headline
and clear call to action
on the page?

Is there a reward or incentive provided if the user takes any action?

Is there a dedicated call tracking number that can help with analytics?

Do the contact forms on the site work and are the leads being tracked?

Does the form submit to a thank you message or page that contains the conversion tracking code?

Does it make sense to add more landing pages or condense into less based on the performance of ads and pages?

Analyze performance: slow pages, too-large CSS or HTML, or users having any issues?

STEP 4: Site Speed and Coding Structure.

We include at least four speed tests.

GTMetrixPingdom SpeedByte Check TTFB (time to first byte)
and, PageSpeed Insights Test to evaluate mobile speed.

STEP 6: Our Recommendations

We provide you with a detailed list of everything we found and how to improve on the majority of the issues that we find in the audit. You can have your in-house team make some of the edits or reach out to us for availability.

We would also recommend A/B testing the before and after.

STEP 7: 30 Minute Review Call

We get down and dirty jumping right into the trenches.

What did we find? How can we fix it?

A quick but detailed discussion between the website owner/manager (you) and an expert (me) to assess the website’s performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

During the call, the expert will review the website’s design, functionality, content, usability, UX, accessibility, and technical aspects, and provide recommendations for improvement.

The outcome of the review call can be used to create a roadmap for future website updates and optimizations if you’d like.
