ROIvault LLC provides marketing and website services intended to support growth. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including:

- Your offer, pricing, and reputation
- Your sales process and speed to lead
- Your team’s follow-up, close rate, and capacity
- Tracking accuracy and technical limitations
- Third-party platform changes and policy enforcement
Because of this, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including (but not limited to):
- Rankings, placement, or visibility on Google or other search engines
- Traffic volume
- Leads, calls, forms, bookings, or appointments
- Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, or ROI
- Revenue, profit, or business growth
Any timelines, forecasts, or examples are estimates only.
3) Case Studies, Testimonials, and Examples
Any case studies, testimonials, sample results, or examples reflect individual experiences and specific conditions. They are not a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.

4) Our offers and promotions
From time to time, ROIvault LLC may advertise or describe certain offer terms. These are subject to the conditions below and any additional terms included in your written agreement.
Up to $10,000 in free ad spend.
- This promotion is for new advertising accounts only, meaning accounts that have never run ads before on the applicable advertising platform.
- Availability and the amount offered vary by platform and are based on the advertising platform’s current promotional terms.
- This promotion is not always available, may change or end at any time, and may require eligibility steps determined by the platform.
- ROIvault LLC does not control third-party promotional approvals, credits, timelines, or application of credits.
- Free ad spend does not guarantee performance outcomes.
No percentage of ad spend, ever.
- ROIvault LLC does not charge a percentage of your advertising spend as a management fee, unless your written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
- This does not change your responsibility to pay ad spend and third-party platform fees directly, as described below.
No contracts, cancel anytime.
- “No contracts” means you are not locked into a long-term commitment, subject to the billing cycle and cancellation terms in your service agreement.
- All fees already paid are non-refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Guaranteed geo or market exclusivity.
- Geo or market exclusivity is available only if specifically requested and confirmed in writing.
- Unless your agreement states otherwise, exclusivity is limited to your county only.
- Exclusivity does not guarantee leads, revenue, market share, or performance outcomes.
5) Third-party platforms and tools
Our work may involve third-party platforms and vendors, such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, hosting providers, CRM tools, analytics, call tracking, scheduling tools, and other software.
ROIvault LLC is not responsible for:
- Platform outages or downtime
- Algorithm changes
- Policy changes or enforcement
- Account reviews, suspensions, restrictions, or disapprovals
- Billing errors or disputes with third parties
- Data loss or reporting gaps caused by third-party systems
6) Advertising Spend and Third-Party Fees
Unless stated otherwise in writing, ad spend is separate from ROIvault LLC service fees.
Advertising budgets and third-party costs are generally paid directly to the platform or vendor. Examples include ad spend, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, tracking tools, and call recording services.
ROIvault LLC does not control third-party pricing or billing practices.
7) Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information, access, and approvals needed to perform services.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your business information, claims, pricing, licenses, and compliance
- The legality of your offers and any advertising claims you approve
- Customer service, lead response, fulfillment, and outcomes you deliver
- Any content you provide (logos, images, videos, testimonials, reviews, and customer data), including having the rights to use it
Delays in access, approvals, or required information can limit performance and extend timelines.
8) Tracking, Analytics, and Data Limitations
Tracking is helpful, but it is not perfect. Attribution and reporting may be affected by:
- Cookie restrictions and privacy settings
- iOS and browser changes
- Ad blockers and consent requirements
- Cross-device behavior
- Offline conversions not captured in systems
- Tag, pixel, or CRM configuration limits
We make best-effort recommendations and implementations, but we cannot guarantee complete or perfectly accurate reporting.
9) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- You own your business content that you provide to us.
- ROIvault LLC owns its systems, templates, processes, internal tools, and frameworks used to deliver services.
We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential learnings.
10) Cancellation and Refunds
No contracts, cancel anytime means you may cancel according to the terms in your service agreement and billing cycle.
No-refund policy: fees already paid are non-refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ROIvault LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
If liability is found, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid ROIvault LLC for the services that directly gave rise to the claim during the applicable period, to the extent permitted by law.
12) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROIvault LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your business, products, or services
- Claims you make or approve in advertising
- Content you provide or instruct us to use
- Your violation of laws, regulations, or third-party terms
13) Governing law and dispute resolution
This Disclaimer and your use of our website and services will be governed by Florida law, to the extent permitted.
Disputes may be subject to arbitration as outlined in your service agreement, if applicable.
