Bottom of funnel
Three revenue lines, three different asks
A table for tonight, an order for right now, and a buyout for December are completely different decisions. Most restaurants capture them all with one contact form.

Direct versus intermediated
Bookings and orders you actually keep
The same guest is worth considerably more arriving through a channel you control.
Direct orders keep the margin
An order placed through your own path avoids the platform commission that turns a healthy ticket into a barely profitable one.
Event enquiries get their own path
Buyouts and catering are the best margin in the building and deserve more than a hidden page with a generic form.
You get the guest details
Direct reservations and orders build a list you own, which turns a first visit into a regular you never pay to reacquire.
One concept per category per county
Guaranteed geo & market exclusivity. We are not building the same capture system for a direct competitor.
Flat fee at any budget
No % of ad spend. Ever. Pushing budget into a slow month does not change what you pay us.
No contracts
Cancel anytime and the pages, ordering setup, guest list, and ad accounts remain yours.

2xBusiness growth / client-reported
“ROI Vault did our logo, website, everything. We doubled our business. I had to tell him to pause the ads.”
Chef Billy G.Owner, Billy G Catering35k+Followers / 4 locations
“We opened up our website and insta together on our family dinner table with Alfonso. From just an idea and a dream we grew to 4 locations and now have over 35k followers. 10/10 I can't recommend him enough.”
Jay CruzOwner, Tacos & Tattoos3Consecutive years / Inc. lists
“Alfonso and ROI Vault rebuilt the entire marketing process while juggling over 30 events a year. We continuously broke records, set new ones, and then broke them again. Year over year growth climbing to Inc. 500's for the last 3 consecutive years.”

The restaurant capture system
Separate paths for the three ways money actually enters a restaurant.
Reservation path
Booking links that work on a phone in three taps, visible from the map listing, the site, and social rather than buried in a menu.
- Mobile-first booking
- Listing integration
Direct ordering path
Your own ordering route promoted where guests already look, so a share of delivery volume shifts to a channel that keeps the margin.
- Direct order links
- First-order incentives
Private event funnel
Capacity, packages, and pricing guidance up front, with an enquiry form built for planners rather than a general contact box.
- Event landing pages
- Enquiry qualification
High-intent campaigns
Search and social aimed at people deciding now, split by daypart and by revenue line so each has its own budget.
- Daypart campaigns
- Trade area targeting
Guest list capture
A reason to leave an email at the table, on the order, and after the visit, because the list is the cheapest revenue you will ever have.
- List building
- Return visit offers
Cost per booked cover
Reported weekly by revenue line so event enquiries are never judged against the cost of a walk-in cover.
- Attribution
- Weekly reporting
The process
From craving to confirmed
Four steps, then a weekly loop that tightens each revenue line separately.
01 /
Try to give you money
We book a table, place an order, and submit an event enquiry as a real guest. Whatever breaks or annoys becomes the first work order.
02 /
Build the three paths
Reservation, direct order, and private event each get a proper route instead of sharing one overloaded contact form.
03 /
Launch by revenue line
Separate campaigns and budgets so a cheap walk-in cover cannot absorb the money meant to win a December buyout.
04 /
Tune on what closed
Budget moves toward the lines and dayparts producing confirmed covers, orders, and signed events.
Two models
Your own channels versus third-party platforms
Keep the platforms for discovery. Own the guests who already chose you.

| Topic | Platform-only | Your own channels |
|---|---|---|
| What each ticket nets | Minus commission, every single order | The full ticket |
| Who holds the guest details | The platform, usually masked | You, in your own list |
| The next visit | Bought again through the same fee | An email to someone who already came |
| Private events | Not covered at all | Its own funnel and its own budget |
| If you stop paying | Orders stop that day | List, rankings, and audience remain |

The problem
A concept with no brand, no website, and no audience. Nothing existed for a hungry person to find, and no channel existed to capture anyone who heard about it by word of mouth.
What we did
ROI Vault built the website and social presence from scratch alongside the owner, then grew the audience and the capture paths as locations opened.
The outcome
The concept now runs four locations with more than thirty-five thousand followers, as reported by the owner. In this category the owned channel is the growth engine, not a formality added after opening.
FAQ
Capture questions restaurant owners ask
A share of them, yes. Customers who already know you will order direct if the path is obvious and there is a small reason to. You will not move first-time discovery orders, and you should not try. The win is on repeat customers.
By answering the questions planners have before they enquire: capacity, minimum spend, layout, and available dates. Most restaurants hide all of that, so planners enquire with whoever made shortlisting easy instead.
Often not for tables, but capture still matters. Waitlist signups, event enquiries, and email collection all serve the same purpose: knowing who your guests are so the next visit does not depend on them remembering you.
It varies by market and daypart, and it must be judged against check average and repeat rate. A cover that costs a few dollars to win and returns monthly is excellent. The same cost for a one-time discount hunter is not.
Carefully. Offers that add a reason rather than cutting a price protect your check average. Deep discounts fill a Tuesday once and teach regulars to wait for the next one, which costs more than the empty seats did.
Then we slow down. Overwhelmed service produces bad reviews that cost more than the extra covers earned. Spend is paced to the capacity you actually have on each shift.
Yes. Ad accounts, landing pages, guest list, and analytics are in your name from day one. Cancel anytime and it all stays with you.
